Packages for Couples
Both Trust Package and Reconnect Package offer Face-to-Face sessions offered through telehealth. We will begin with a Free Discovery call where we will talk about what program is going to best fit your needs. Option 1 and Option 2 include a combination of Face-to-Face sessions along with Assignments, Exercises, Readings and Homework to help foster your experience and encourage you to utilize the skills you are learning in your everyday engagement with yourself and your partner.
Trust Package
Option 1: Offers a weekly Face-to-Face session to couples. Couples do not have to be in the same location at the time of our meeting for the session to occur. The Trust Package may be a good fit for the couple who is interested in prioritizing their relationship through added support and encouragement. Trust Package gives couples the opportunity to meet weekly to gain new skills as well as to discuss their progress more frequently including open discussions of assignments, exercises and ongoing concerns.

Reconnect Package
Option 2: Offers a program for couples offered through telehealth. This program offers bi-monthly Face-to-Face sessions to couples with continued support through Assignments, Homework, Exercise and Readings when we are not having out Face-to-Face meetings. Reconnect Package may be an appropriate program for couples who feel comfortable in their ability to meet in Face-to-Face sessions every other week while working together on Assignments and such, when we are not meeting. Continued support will be provided through emails and text messages in order to provide encouragement and to answer questions, during the weeks we are not meeting.
